This Ceramic Electronic component fixture eliminates printing positioning deviations caused by component contour errors. It ensures precise positioning during repeated thick film overprinting. Using a center positioning principle, it features 3 independent automatic parallel clamping mechanisms that position the component by its center, eliminating shape-based deviations for high-precision results.
The fixture can hold components of various sizes by changing clamping heads. Each mechanism applies 5N clamping force, achieving less than 0.015mm accuracy. It offers a 10-million cycle service life and enhances PPK data for ceramic chips compared to traditional positioning methods.
