E-cigarette heater rod is designed for internal heat, non-combustion devices. It solves chip heating issues like low strength and easy breakage. It also addresses traditional MCH problems such as high energy use, slow heating, and high tail temperature.
This product uses thick film technology on a φ2mm zirconia rod. It offers high strength, low power consumption, fast heating, and uniform temperature. The smooth, seamless surface provides a large heating area and improves smoke flavor.

E-cigarette heater rod Heating principle: The thick film process forms a uniform electric heating layer. The rod has four layers: a glass layer for insulation, a resistance layer for heating, an electrode area for welding, and a top glass layer for protection.
The zirconia matrix is strong, tough, and non-toxic. It transfers heat efficiently, reducing energy use. Tests show at 350℃, power use is <2.6W, with a tail temperature <100℃, making compact designs possible.
Different power densities in the heating zones allow precise temperature control. The constant zone is 8mm with ±5℃ uniformity.
Material: The rod contains zirconia, glass paste, resistance paste, electrode paste, silver paste, and silver wire. It meets RoHS standards, with no harmful elements like lead or cadmium.
